Does cut include wash & styling?+
Yes. All cuts include a wash and blow styling.
How do you define short, medium, long, and extra-long hair lengths for pricing?+
Short is at or above the jawline. Medium is below the jawline up to the shoulders. Long is shoulder length and beyond. Extra-long is beyond the breast line. If you’re between lengths, we’ll confirm during consultation.
What is Non Ammonia (Organic) add-on for coloring?+
It’s a gentler, low-odor formulation that reduces scalp sensitivity and keeps hair softer during color.
What’s the difference between full highlights and half highlights?+
Full highlights cover the entire head for all-over dimension. Half highlights focus on the top and sides for brighter framing with less overall coverage.
Do highlights include root coloring?+
No. Root coloring is a separate service and is not included with highlights.
What’s the difference between a Korean perm and a regular perm?+
Our Korean perm refers to digital/setting perms that use tailored heat for soft, lasting curls. A regular (cold wave) perm uses a cold solution for tighter, less customized curls. We’ll recommend based on your hair condition and goal.
What is volume rebonding for?+
To smooth and straighten while keeping natural-looking root volume.
Do I need bleaching for my hair?+
Bleaching is needed to reach lighter, ash, or vivid tones, or multi-tone highlights. We’ll assess your hair’s health and guide you on whether a bleach step is required.
What is the best treatment for my hair health?+
We recommend 4 Step Miin Repair for overall strength; choose 5 Step Miin Signature if you want extra moisture lock-in and a more comprehensive rehab.
How can I fix frizzy hair?+
A keratin treatment helps smooth frizz and add manageability with a soft finish.
Do you offer updos for events?+
Yes. Formal updos start at the Extra Long wash & blow rate and can increase depending on complexity. Please WhatsApp us with a reference photo so we can quote you in advance.
