2. Preparation — Hair is washed and sectioned. A protective base coat may be applied to shield the scalp.
3. Rod wrapping — Hair is wound around perm rods following the pattern from your consultation. Rod size controls curl tightness.
4. Solution application (20–30 min) — The cold perm solution is applied and left to process at room temperature. Your stylist monitors timing carefully based on your hair's response.
5. Neutralising — A neutraliser locks the new curl shape. Rods are removed and hair is gently rinsed.
